At digital television the tvpicture is compressed before it's broadcasted and it's
sendt as digital datastream (MPEG2 Transport Stream. The MPEG2 Transport Stream is part
of the MPEG2 standard family, but it has to be converted before it can be processed,
because the structure of a is MPEG2 Transport Stream different to other MPEG2 streams.
